Podnikatel, pedagog a filantrop Radomír Lapčík začal před čtvrt stoletím podnikat v rodném Zlíně. Ačkoliv dnes jeho firmy slaví mezinárodní úspěchy, svými filantropickými aktivitami zůstal Lapčík věrný svému regionu. Prostřednictvím svého nadačního fondu Credo se dlouhodobě zaměřuje na podporu rodin. V období koronaviru dal v rámci něj vzniknout dárcovskému programu NAVZDORY s cílem podpořit více než 1000 dětí ohrožených dopady pandemie.

dnešní Trinity Bank a společnost SAB Finance podnikající v oblasti devizových obchodů. Lapčík se po celou dobu svého podnikání věnuje také filantropickým aktivitám. Podporuje chráněnou dílnu ERGO ve Zlíně či každoročně přispívá na vánoční charitativní akci „Pomáháme potřebným“. Jako zlínský patriot podporuje také Valašské království. V roce 2014 založil vlastní nadační fond Credo zaměřující se na pomoc matkám samoživitelkám a rodinám s postiženými dětmi.
Krátce po vypuknutí koronavirové pandemie založil Radomír Lapčík v rámci nadačního fondu dárcovský program NAVZDORY, do něhož věnoval deset milionů korun s cílem zmírnit dopady pandemie a s ní souvisejících karanténních opatření na život matek samoživitelek či rodin s postiženými dětmi ve Zlínském kraji. Jeho pomoc dosud využilo již více jak 500 a více jak 1000 dětí (celkem) bude podpořeno. Mezi podpořenými je například rodina ze Zlína, která má kromě dvou chlapečků ještě holčičku s Downovým syndromem. Jejich tatínek dostal během koronavirové krize výpověď ještě ve zkušební době, maminka je na mateřské, a tak rodině došly prostředky k zaplacení nájmu. Podpořené příběhy jsou různé, spojuje je však cíl pomáhat zvládnout náročné období rodinám, kterým chybí finance na léky, základní potraviny, léčebné pomůcky či bydlení.
